
1. Put footage with motion and put it on the timeline.
2. Drag the Effect - 3D Camera Tracking on top of the clip.

3. Wait for the effect to Analyze and little colorful Xs to appear on the Composition Screen.


4. Pick the best X (angle/position) for your text.


Right click to Add Text.

6. Type and Place text where you want it using the X/Y/Z axis.
